Working through COVID19
At Bute Fabrics we have welcomed back a proportion of our staff as we begin our phased ‘back to work’ plan. Our looms are now up and running again, a familiar sound we have looked forward to.
Production has resumed, though we will be operating with a smaller staff for the time being to familiarise ourselves with the new protocols and ways of working now in place at the mill. We have new measures in place to keep our staff safe, healthy and comfortable while at work, which of course is of paramount importance to us.
We have some of our production and sales team in the office to manage all enquiries and orders will be processed and shipped daily.
We will continue to develop and adapt our plans through the coming weeks & months with input from all of our staff, who have been a fantastic support during this time.
Thank you to everyone we have spoken to over the past few months who have shared their own plans, trials and feedback, providing valuable information to enable us to develop this new way of working. We appreciate and greatly value all of your support.
